Here are the tabulated results of a March 2004 Survey of State Radiation Control Programs regarding Industrial Radiography Certification.

This survey was first compiled by Walter Cofer, Bureau of Radiation Control, Florida Department of Health for the CRCPD G-34 Committee on Industrial Radiography.

NRC's certifying entity is the American Society of Nondestructive Testing.
